What we keep, and why

What we collect

When you join the list

Your email address, so we can write when a new drop opens.

When you answer our questions

Your answers, and your name and email if you choose to leave them.

When you inquire

Your name, email, the piece you asked about and whatever you tell us in your message.

When you buy

Your name, shipping address, phone number for the courier and a record of the sale. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.

When you book a call

The name, email and time you enter in the booking form.

When you visit

Standard technical data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

To answer your questions, hold and ship the pieces you buy, keep the records the law requires, and, if you joined the list, tell you about new drops. That is all.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you. Every email we send has a way to stop receiving them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add anonymous visit statistics or anything that needs your consent, we will update this page and ask first.

How long we keep it

List sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Inquiries for as long as the conversation is useful to you. Sales records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.

Children

Reliqtic is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell the people on our list.
